Many women leave the industry because of bad experiences or are dismissed because they are considered "difficult". But many industrial companies choose not to hire women "because they just quit". At the same time, there are many women who enjoy themselves and do a fantastic job, says Therese, adding that their mission is to support industrial companies in the question of why women quit.
