Welcome to WeTogether

- the network where women shape the industry of the future!

WeTogether is a women's network for women in the industry who want to create business relationships, find jobs or offer opportunities to other women. Here we meet to share experiences, learn from each other and be inspired by the latest developments in Swedish industry.

When there are more of us, we can do more!

WeTogether

WeTogether is IndustryWomen's network for women in all industries in Sweden. We meet women from top management positions to girls who want to work in industry. Our network works cross-functionally within all industrial orientations to give women, our customers and partners opportunities to develop and together to develop Swedish industry.

The goal of the network

Network meetings

Our networking meetings and other activities offer a platform for personal and professional development. We bring in external speakers and experts who, together with us, contribute to shaping the future of the industry.

Another network...?

There are already networks in the industry, so why join WeTogether?

WeTogether's work is based on creating a meeting place where women help each other and receive support through IndustryWomen in their careers in industry. We welcome all industrial women regardless of industrial orientation.

With more than 30 years of experience from various industries and social workplace challenges, we know that there is a great need for women to meet, get advice and give their own support. There is great interest in contributing to a more equal industry and making an impact, and through WeTogether there is the opportunity. All our meetings, trainings and stakeholders have a relationship with the industry. We are proud of our collaboration with the industrial business world, which with its various orientations has a positive impact on WeTogether.

Broadened perspective and knowledge

By being part of WeTogether, you gain access to a broader industrial perspective and knowledge from various industries thanks to our collaboration with business and schools, which can contribute to increased curiosity for other industrial professions.

Increased opportunity for career development

WeTogether offers a unique opportunity to learn and explore different industrial sectors, which can give you increased career opportunities and greater flexibility to find new work.

Networking across industry boundaries

Through WeTogether you can make new connections and network with women from different industries, which can lead to new career opportunities, new jobs and valuable contacts.

Inspiration and motivation

WeTogether can offer you a unique opportunity to be inspired and motivated by women from other industries. You also get the opportunity to inspire the industry's development yourself in dialogue with business.

A community that transcends industry boundaries

WeTogether can offer a sense of great understanding for you as an individual in the industry and belonging for women who may not have found their place within a specific industry, or who want to expand their network and knowledge beyond their current industry.

WeTogether was started in part based on industrial companies' need to hire more women. With comments from recruiting managers and HR such as "there are no women to recruit", one of IndustryWomen's missions is to, with its own network, provide female labor and skills that are in high demand. We help companies and women meet in the industrial labor market.

On the one hand, during my more than 30 years in the industry, I have had few female colleagues to turn to, to be able to confide in or get support from. HR itself has not always been a strong party due to its position, therefore I welcome to a large extent women with positions within HR to participate.

Åsa Lindhoff

An inspiring voice from the industry

We had the honor of speaking with Åsa Lindhoff, Production Manager at Orkla Foods Sweden AB.

Åsa shares her experiences and talks about the fantastic trip she had the opportunity to take. We get an insight into a company full of community and opportunities for personal development.

It's great to work in the industry, and more women should really discover that. We are needed, and it is both fun and developing. You get to use both your head and your body, and be part of something big that you can feel proud of.
